Sounds wonderful! I am another lover of coconut oil. I just tried it with popcorn the other night and have to tell you that it not only made the popcorn very yummy, it also enabled more of the kernels to pop so we had more popcorn to enjoy. It is a great oil. And I too use it on my face as a moisturizer. I love roasting vegetables in the oven with it and using them in Quinoa Salad with Roasted Vegetables from Deliciously Organic.
